Returns

Received your order and just not feeling it? No problem! Ask yourself: 

  • Did I use a promo code? (excluding our notifications sign-up code)
  • Was my item marked on Sale, Last Chance or Final Sale?
  • Is this any type of body product or accessory?
  • Did I receive my order over 14 days ago?

If you answered YES to any of these questions, we ask that you please hang onto, donate, or gift the item, as your order is ineligible for a return.

Returns are accepted up to 14 days from delivery date if the item is in original condition with MinimLA hang tag attached. All items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and with no visible signs of wear such as: makeup, deodorant stains, fragrances, etc. 

When returning items for a refund, an $8 return shipping fee will be deducted. We offer free return shipping on store credit. Please email customer support if you'd like to return for store credit, otherwise the $8 return fee will automatically process with your refund. 

You may choose to return with your own shipping label but we advise using a trackable method. We are not responsible for any lost or untraceable shipments. Please email customer support if using your own shipping label.

We are unable to refund original shipping charges.

We do not currently offer return labels for international customers.

Return label must show proof of tracking within 3 days past the 14 day return window.

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON MINIMLA BODY, ACCESSORIES, SALE ITEMS, LAST CHANCE OR FINAL SALE ITEMS.

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, you will receive an email notification of your refund. Please allow up to 7-10 days for your refund to show on your account.

Returns must first be approved by our Customer Service team. If you do not reach out to us and return your products without our consent, reimbursement cannot be initiated. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee the item will be in stock. Please proceed with the returns process (if eligible) and place a new order for the item you'd like.
